I quite resonated with your takeaways, on so many levels. My life is “certainly” uncertain, and chaos sounds rather calm compared to my current experiences. Your embrace of these and others. All must compound my interests. I was and am on that wait list.

As for the comment above. I would love to search for even a therapist atm.

A massage would be so nice though too.

Glad this post reonated with you. Life is certainly full of surprises and challenges - figuring out how to navigate them, and continuing to learn and grow from each is important (and makes it easier to deal with the next one). Hopefully you're able to get that massage, and I'd definitely encourage prioritizing finding a therapist if that's something you think could help (I have many close friends and family who swear by them).

Thank you. I have a therapist. We work with what we can. My situation or compound of situations are what appear to be a challenge for most therapists to approach. When I can afford and find one that is invested in sticking through things, I’m sure it will be even more value. We all should have someone to talk to, even when things are going great. However I am learning resilience, perseverance and perspective on life. Finding that calm is chaos. It’s partly why I love the challenges my adventures in technology are so rewarding, at least from the therapeutic side. Momentum is building, and I’m so optimistic that with AI agents I’ll rediscover my own agency. Thank you again Jaclyn, I really enjoy your writing (and the tools you and your colleagues are building).
